I disagree about Brodie Lee. As soon as his 6 months are up, he will be snatched up by someone. Yes, he's not a top guy, but he can be a upper middle of the pack guy for a year or two, and if they allow him some freedom, he can be on TV every week. Personally, only because I like the product, would like to see him pop up on NWA. But he'll get a huge pop if he shows up on Impact or AEW. No one is watching ROH so....no pop. I would rather see him in the Inner Circle replacing Swagger TBH.
The Ascension, with some gimmick tweak, they'll fit right in in the tag ranks in AEW. Those guys were over in NXT, till JBL buried them on commentary and then buried them in the ring shortly after getting called up. They'll do alright for themselves on the indies. It really depends on how they remake themselves.

You misunderstand me, I like Brodie Lee a lot. I don't see AEW with the way they do things, giving him the time of day. They should, but he's kinda at a clash with their youth demo. NWA is a great place, iMPACT, he's gonna surely make some NJPW appearances but probably not be a full timer. Hell, I suspect he's gonna fit in the most with MLW when I think about it.

Shawn Spears is 36. He's not young. He fits right in there. Swags isn't young and the Champion is 50..... Plus, Brodie was very well liked backstage and at NXT. I think they will make room for him if he wants to go there. He does fit into teh same cat as Jon Mox. The "Oh! Now we get to see the real Jon Mox finally!" The IWC loves that shit.

I could see Harper entering the IWGP United States Hardcore Championship division. If he doesn't want to travel and work an easier schedule it'd make sense to do Impact or NWA though. I think AEW can and will jump at the opportunity to sign him as well, if he's open to it. The main thinking working against the guy (and a big part of why I think WWE never pushed him) is that he seems injury prone.

I have this week off. Kinda wish it wasn't so hot and muggy. Anyways Tuned into RAW last night for the first time in.....a real long time. And it's like they knew I was going to watch, and when I was going to tune in, because on my screen was fucking Bianca Belair, cutting another shitty promo and then beating the shit out of Selena Vegas in a match that lasted way too long. Selena is a manager after all. I know she can wrestle, was pretty good at it in TNA but they don't use her that way. Then after her "huge" win the EST of the WWE (Someone please stop her), They go "This is a huge win for Belair." What? She beat a full time manager, in like 10 plus minutes. If anything, Selena looked top notch despite losing.
I hung on for the next hour but we're 2 weeks out from Summer Slam and there was nothing on RAW that is going to make me tune in. The only highlight was Peyton Royce beating Liv Morgan, which isn't saying much. I love the Iconics. They need to be used more and better.

I've fully tuned out of the WWE product. Which I hate, I want to watch, they have some of the best performers on the roster. But you know what happens when you give a good actour a shit script?
You get a shit movie. That's what's happening here.
